Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Must be in original condition with tags attached

  • Must be returned in original packaging


Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items


Store Credit Only

  • All approved returns will be issued as store credit only

  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the issue date

  • Store credit is non-transferable

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item:

  • Return the original item within 10 days

  • Use your store credit to place a new order


Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the item and packaging

  • We will issue store credit or replace the item at no cost
